Step Six

At this point you have two similar Coroplast/Mylar rectangles: one solid 2×6′ rectangle and one with two hinges. Using your grommet kit, place one grommet at each of the four corners of both reflectors. Also, put one grommet in the center of the length of each rectangle, for a total of five grommet holes in each rectangle.
I had some pretty large grommets, so I used a 1/2″ drill bit to make the holes before assembling the grommet pieces. Once the pieces are in place, you put the grommet die right under the loose pieces, and the striker above the die, and hammer it a few times to fasten the grommet in place.
