Setup

We don’t have basements in Florida, so we work in the garage or driveway. It was raining, so I worked in the garage. I like working on a folding cafeteria table instead of the floor, and I used a large scrap of plywood on the table so I had a surface to cut on without carving up the table.

Step One

Start by cutting 2′ off the Coroplast length so you have a 4×6′ sheet. Next, cut it lengthwise down the middle, resulting in two 2×6′ rectangles.
