Finally, mount your deployed light stand on the wheeled base and secure it there. I used two clamps, leaving the third leg of the light stand unclamped so I can remove the stand when necessary. Then, tie the base down using heavy-duty Velcro strips or some strong bungee cords in one fashion or another. As you can see, I used a bungee cord that I hooked to the top of the legs, ran under the wood base, and attached the other end to the height adjustment clamp on the light stand.
