I expect a bit more out of Layers. Not that this tutorial is bad, because it’s not. But the “tag” has been done a million times over.

An established file size would be nice, as well as even a brief mention that we are supposed to create a new document, with said background layer. Jumping right in kind of throws a viewer off.
