Plastic Wrap to the rescue

Here is a quick tip to show you how you can use Plastic Wrap in the Filter Gallery to add a little bit of wetness to an image. Granted this is not a perfect technique and will take some tweaking, but it may be just the thing to give your object that extra little touch.
