Sometimes text does not run around a Wrap Object exactly the way you’d like. Many artists do not know that a Wrap can be edited. Wraps are actually Paths, which are revealed when you select an object to which a Wrap has been applied. If you select an Anchor Point in this Wrap Path with your Direct Selection tool (A), you can actually move the point to change the way the text runs around the object. You can also use your Pen tool (P) to add or delete the Wrap Path’s Anchor Points. And don’t worry about totally messing up this Path, because you can always reapply the Wrap by first clicking the “No Text Wrap” button and then reapplying your Wrap by clicking on the appropriate Wrap button.
