Franklin McMahon goes over Premiere Pro CS4′s lift and extract tools and compares them with some of the other methods video editors may use when editing video clips.
createObject(‘swf’,'/design/players/swfplayer.swf?video=videos/mcmahon_prcs4_lift.flv’,'width’,’500′,’height’,’415′,’scale’,'exactfit’,'quality’,'high’,'allowScriptAccess’,'sameDomain’,'bgcolor’,'#ffffff’);

Very good info and I appreciate all these tutorials
Thanks!

Isn’t this just like using the razor with ripple delete? Or does this only affect the active video track – because only then this tool would be useful. If it spans all video/audio tracks, then it wouldn’t be all that useful.
thanks
you’re a good teacher!
Thanks! I’ll have some more Premiere tutorials up a little later this month..stay tuned

WOW thanks a lot, showed me a lot more than i thought!!
All the tutorials on this site are greatly appreciated by us all at Screenway. They tend to be more user focused and the little “snippets” of information also included is of good benefit for those of us who live day in day out in with CS4 Master Suite Adobe products. Well done from us.
