hi there, cool tip… thanks… i tried following what you did and got very much the same result except that the edges of the pie came out black on my screen… any reason why?
Ok. So I am creating an informational video that will use a pie chart and I would like for the slices to separate as I talk about them and go back into the chart. how would I do this?

I love you Dave Cross! Quick answer to a specific question. Took me hours of experimenting with different tutorial methods and variables in Excel to do what you just re taught me in 3 minutes,
Thanks for the help but my problem is that when I select the whole chart like you said and then click effect everything is grayed out even my 3D options. Why is that?

Do you know of anyway to animate a stockchart without having to enter all the data?
