    would the footage that is slowed down be less choppy if it were captured in a higher frame rate?

    Does anyone know what the slowest percentage Adobe Premiere Pro will go down to now? I know it only goes down to 1% in CS3, have they improved that now, will it do the same speeds as Final Cut, like 0.01% or lower?
