Create a stylized digital signature in Illustrator to drop onto your artwork when you are finished. Use Illustrator’s width tool to add some calligraphy style to your signature.

Great tutorial — thanks for sharing. Time to dress up my boring old signature … lacking a tablet I’ll probably go the “write and scan” route, but I think that’ll work pretty well.

You don’t have to selet the line with the select tool to use the width tool on it. Just keep going with the width tool on whatever line you want. Saves a lot of time.
How would you modify this tutorial for CS4? I wish I could up-grade.
