Two New Learning Centers Launched for Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and Premiere Elements 3.0

Following Adobe’s release today of Photoshop Elements 5.0 and Premiere Elements 3.0, Photoshop Elements Techniques newsletter and website (www.photoshopelementsuser.com) has launched two online Learning Centers highlighting new features and training for the new photo and video editing programs.
