Step Two

To light the hair, I’ve chosen a 12×50″stripbank with a 40º grid to keep the light from spilling onto the background. The grid also helps to prevent any flare getting in the lens. I placed the hair light high enough to get the top of the hair, yet low enough to light the side of the hair. When placed properly, the stripbank is like using two lights in one.
