About a week or so ago, John Nack posted an entry on his blog asking individuals to contribute to the development of Photoshop and Flash integration by posting their ideas as to how the integration should be. There are some really cool discussions happening in that realm.

That got me thinking about showing a basic case of how well Flash and Photoshop are playing these days. In these versions now, you can name layers in Photoshop, save the PSD, import the PSD in Flash, and you have the option to create movie clips of all of the contents of the layers and place all assets in their own layers in Flash. I think that is definitely a timesaver there.

createObject(‘swf’,'/design/players/swfplayer.swf?video=videos/tut_flashandps.flv’,'width’,’500′,’height’,’417′,’scale’,'exactfit’,'quality’,'high’,'allowScriptAccess’,'sameDomain’,'bgcolor’,'#ffffff’);
