adobe photoshop sites

Thought I would post a couple of news articles here for you to check out.

First up, Scott’s new Ipod Book will be hitting the store shelves soon. Make sure that you pre-order a copy by clicking on this link. I talked a little about the Ipod Touch and how it really helps with a portfolio on a previous post – enough inspiration to drop what you are doing and go and get one.

Real World Camera Raw with Adobe Photoshop CS3 is shipping, according to its author and Camera Raw Genius Jeff Schewe. The book has been updated for the newest version of Camera Raw and promises to be an invaluable resource. Congratulations to you, Jeff! I’ll be sure to bring my copy to Photoshop World.

While we are on a Jeff Schewe trip – make sure that you get to check out his site, Photoshop News – widely considered to be one of the fountains of information on all things Adobe. One of the things that I dig about his website is the HUGE list of links on the right of the home page that has links to places I can go exploring .. I mean researching for digital media.

For the Flash inclined, the good folks over at Digicrafts have setup a new Flash component called fotoTILE, based on papervision 3D and let me tell you – it’s sweet!! Just click here and go check them out. I am thinking of doing a tutorial on this in a Layers TV episode.

Finally – speaking of Layers TV – We would love to make sure that we are including content that speaks to every one of you. Go to the contact section of this site, and send us an email. I’m adding a Layers TV feedback link there, but you can still post a comment using General Inquiry for the time being.

Have a great Thursday everyone!

Share & Enjoy
