Q: can this approach to create a stroke that is &#039;expanded&#039; around the object? (Ex: your girl with the dashed line stroke. Could you produce a second stroke around the girl, maybe 10 pixels further outside the dashed stroke?)

I have seen a &#039;radiating concentric circles&#039; effect (like rings of a bullseye), wondered if this could be done for irregularly shaped objects with this stroke method.
