What a great tutorial. A bit hard to follow for a novice, but I love the results. Wondering if a text frormat ia available so a novice could follow the clicks would be awesome.
I am envious that there are Photoshop technicians that have this kind of advanced knowledge of this program. This looks like it would be amazingly difficult for me to do in Photoshop. I might be able to achieve the same effect much faster by photographing someone’s out in the rain.
I cannot find the brush options on CS5. there is no box for me to click on as you are doing a few times in this video. How do i get or find brush options?

i thought it’s hard to make raind drops in photoshop, but after i saw this video i think it’s a piece of cake!!!
