    as I click ctrl and 1 it turns my image in Black&white why. Pleaase let me know what is wrong My photoshop version is cs3.

    I would assume that they are talkin’ Mac.
    Command is a Apple keyboard key. Ctrl will not work the same way.

    In CS4 on a Mac it is CMD + ALT + 0 to get 100%
    Try that with the CTRL Key on Windows! HTH!
