I was looking for a way to sort the list of files in the encoder. Did I overlook the obvious or is this feature still missing?

Hi Richard,
You made this tutorial very easy. Thank you very much. Do you have any recommendations for what settings are best to upload HD video to youtube or motionbox? I just finished editing a 20 min long family movie in CS4 and I would like to compress the video for HD view online. Can you please help me on that? Thanks

Rich
It is my hope that Media Encoder CS4 works better than the CS3 version. Because CS3 is simply not able to encode an HD (HDV) edited A program that is of any great length. A 10 minute time line locks up my computer when using the support supplied parameters for MPEG2 Blu-Ray. If the Media Encoder in CS4 really works I will buy it...but so far not much luck with CS3.
