photo website and adobe flash

For the last couple of days I have been in a promotional way of thinking. The web is a great place to trade your wares. But how do we make sure that our lemonade stand competes with all of the other ones on the digital block?

Janine Warner has a great article here about three photography websites and how they were designed for maximum impact.

While surfing the web, I found that a popular slideshow program is making its way into Lightroom. Slideshow Pro was a pretty decent program to use in setting up simple Flash-based picture design. The design is very unobtrusive, so I think it will lend itself well to be used in Dreamweaver-based designs as well. Let’s stay tuned.

I don’t know why – but this never gets old. Photoshop Jokes was this website I used to chuckle at because of one image. The Marquis de Sade. Smooth Operator was on the radio, and I put two and two together. The website permanently ruined the song for me forever. I just figured I’d share.
