		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Certainly it&#8217;s very important to take breaks every so often to refresh your creative minds, things can get a little claustrophobic for great designers too.</p>
<p>Some great inspiration from you all. However Ben I agree to how you almost have to get into meditation mode and re-focus your self from the work load you have. Being a risk taker is definitely the way forward, if you don&#8217;t experience different aspects in life you won&#8217;t ever know what it&#8217;s like to be in those life time situations.</p>
<p>Love your third step advice of being “a mental vacuum cleaner.” “Stop watching the tube and start reading. Stop talking and start listening. Stop waiting and start doing.” Will take this on board. </p>

I am not at all designer but  i use actionscript to animate things around and often for projects, websites etc...
Its interesting to see how these people rejuvenate themselves... Its helps when you ponder no-where after getting stuck !</description>
