Happy Labor Day Everyone!

Almost time to head out to Photoshop World. I figured since there’s a good chance that posting will be a little hard on the trip out to Vegas, I would post a little oldie but goodie tip about Illustrator before I leave.

It started when I had to go to Wikipedia (if it’s written there, it MUST be true), to refresh myself on the meaning of Labor Day. Did you know it’s supposed to be a day of rest? Being in the office is frowned upon.. but since no one is here, who’s going to tell.. :)

Anyway, they talk about cookouts and parties, and it got me thinking about stars.. I know.. it would do the same to you. That made me think of the fastest way to scatter stars in Illustrator. Here we go:

createObject(‘swf’,'/design/players/layers-noads.swf?video=http://www.rcsplaypen.com/lil/star-symbols.flv’,'width’,’730′,’height’,’600′,’scale’,'exactfit’,'quality’,'high’,'allowScriptAccess’,'sameDomain’,'bgcolor’,'#ffffff’,'autoplay’,'false’);

Share & Enjoy
