So, it’s been a great time for me in New York (not counting the fact that it wasn’t until just yesterday that I got enough of a voice to talk to anyone), and we are getting ready to head home. I’m sitting in terminal 6 at JFK going over in my head how many cool things have happened this year. I have to say, I am extremely grateful.
Let’s start with coming on board with Kelby Media. That alone made for a wonderful year. On top of that, I get to spend every day talking to you guys about really cool things on the blog.
We launched Layers TV, and it is slowly climbing the charts in Itunes. Corey and I have been working feverishly to bring you the coolest tips and tricks in the world of Adobe.
We started online training here at Kelby Training – bringing you the best instructors, right into your living room – not really though, it would get a little crowded in there..
I’ve gotten a chance to work on several books with one of my biggest sources of inspiration.
I’ve made some great friends, worked on amazing projects, and learned more than I can even begin to express.
Personally, my family has done very well… My brother had a successful surgery, I moved to Tampa without melting like a snowman as soon as I got there. I had an amazing photo experience with my idol, Joe McNally.
My biggest achievement, however – I proposed to and married the woman of my dreams, Jennifer, AND she came down with me to Tampa – now THAT’S true love.
So, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to talk to all of you. I consider myself more fortunate and richer than I can even express in words.
Remember that today is the LAST DAY for the Photoshop User Awards. Click here to go to that site..
I dont think I’ll be able to blog tomorrow.. so take the day off and enjoy the new year with me. See you guys this Wednesday.. in 2008!

Have a great 2008!
Regards from Buenos Aires, Argentina
Happy New Year RC. I just found Layers magazine and totally loving it. I’ve been doing a lot lately with Photoshop and stuff. You and everyone else is amazing and all great teachers. Thanks for your hard work.
