<description>Regarding the Epson Perfection V300 Photo Scanner and its ability to scan 35mm slides...
I have an occasional need to scan 35mm and 16mm film - just a very few images and I am wondering if the V300 will allow me to read the sheets of paper - images on the film. The film is normally from a camera that photo&#039;d the documents at 32X. Occasionally a 42X piece of film is sent to me, but that&#039;s the two extremes. Can I scan film at 32X - 42X on the V300 and then be able to enlarge the images enough to make an 8.5 x 11 (paper size) laser print?

If not, what are your thoughts on a model that would?
