		<description>I like the video but I have one problem with it ( and yes I am aware of the last post being in 2009). He talks about demonstrating one light at a time to give you and idea of the affects of each type of lighting but I have to say it&#039;s a bit offsetting and confusing to see him still using a flash for fill light. Granted their is still going to be some obvious differences but it&#039;s a bit harder to see the exact property of just the continuous lighting when you are also using a fill flash to light some of the shadows. I understand you are also trying to capture some nice shots but it&#039;s a bit deceiving to think you&#039;d get those photos to look the same with just the continuous lighting without the fill flash you used. Just my two cents.</description>
