Belair X 6-12 Jetsetter

Retro-Style, Medium-Format Film Camera

Can film and digital peacefully coexist? I hope so because I love them both. The low-tech folks at Lomography.com have created a beautiful, retro-style film camera called the Belair X 6-12 Jetsetter that has something to offer both film and digital enthusiasts.

Bringing together the elegance of classic film cameras and today's cutting-edge technology, the X 6-12 comes equipped with an automatic electronic shutter that makes nailing the correct exposure a breeze. Beautiful and versatile, the X 6-12 gives users three different image formats to choose from: 6×9, 6×6 (square), and 6×12 for wide panoramas. Its interchangeable lens system gives users more creative choices, with 58mm and 90mm lenses included. A new, high-quality, Russian-made glass lens is also available in a 114mm focal length, providing a superior level of detail and maximum sharpness. The lenses have a maximum aperture of f/8. This gives the Belair X 6-12's medium-format images an incredibly sharp look.

With an ISO range of 50-1,600, the X 6-12 has exposure latitude necessary to handle most situations, from bright to dim. The creative options continue with long-exposure and multiple-exposure features made possible via the camera's Bulb and MX (multiple-exposure) settings.

Lomography.com is your one-stop shop for not only medium-format film and processing, but also high-quality negative scanning, making it easy for you to bring your awesome analog shots into your modern-day digital workflow for further refinement, printing, online posting, etc. If you've been longing to shake things up, get back to your roots, or try something different, your search is over with the Belair X 6-12.
