Comments on: Animated Swirls in Adobe After Effects

I’m getting stuck on step 7- everything seems to go all right at first, but when I try to put the path in AE, it creates 409 different masks. After deleting all but the first, the original stem wasn’t visible, but this little yellow spot remained. Adjusting the mask didn’t do anything. Am I somehow creating the path incrorrectly? (I’m using CS5 on Windows if that helps.)
