Reading this post + comments really makes me happy I’m using the Metric system Not having to convert between inches and feet sure saves some frustration, the math part is still as difficult though =)

Some tips for picking colors using Photoshop would actually be a good idea. I mean it’s sure easy to do, but there are probably a lot of things which can make that process so much easier/give better results. So if you’re out of ideas for new tips at least think about it

I think your approach is brilliant. I have a wall I have been dreading to decorate because it is not easily accessible and I have several prints of differing sizes that I want to hang. Using PS will make the job so much easier.

Hey, I personally like the idea. I think it would be great when you have frames of different size to get a decent layout. I used to lay all the frames on the ground and try to work it out. (and I did chuckle after the math comments and then you said 9 feet was 81 inches – I thought you were just affirming your prior statements).

And I have used PS for picking the exterior house color – cos let’s face it, you don’t want to make a boo-boo there – it’s expensive! Honestly that would be a good tutorial for the Elements crowd as well. Give Martha Stewart a run for her money.
