Happy Friday everyone. I came in this morning and wanted to talk about a couple of different things, but I usually start my day off by reading all of your comments on the website (I usually read all of them, not just my blog entry – I read all of the tutorial comments, review comments, email, Layers TV Comments). I noticed that there were a couple of comments on Janine Warner’s tutorial on how to add SWF files into an HTML page.
So, rather than go back and forth on email, walking through the tutorial (and.. well.. Janine’s already got all of the steps done), I figured I’d make a quick video showing a brief run through some steps — making a simple Flash animation, defining a Dreamweaver site, Margin control in DW, and obviously, embedding the SWF. If you have a couple of minutes, take a look.
Photowalk Leaders Last Day
Today is the last day for anyone who is thinking about submitting a city for Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photo Walk – August 23, 2008. Remember, even if you don’t want to lead one, you can always go and just join a Photowalk already scheduled in a local city near you.
Photowalks are a great place to go and meet like-minded people. Take some time to walk around and try to get another shot for the portfolio. Anything that forces me to get out there to shoot, I’m game for. I’m also pretty excited to be doing the Clearwater walk. I can’t wait to meet up with everyone that has signed up. Make sure you check it out!
